What Ails Physics Department @ dps RKP, it's brief, analysis:: (1) Physics Department is headed by a muddle headed person Jaswinder Singh Virdi , a gradute frm some, xyz Univ. (2) He is, totally unfit to teach physics at 11 std,at dps rkp, simply because that is the crux of all physics. If anybody fails to teach 11 std physics, that means he is unfit to be a physics teacher. (3) He takes 12 Physics because, by virtue of boards, practical marks(30 marks internal),he is able to manipulate/dominate over student's. Added to it his keenness of doing tutions to those kids who want full marks in practicals. Knowing fully well ,he doesn't know abc of physics yet,his croocked mind helps him to do all sorts of manipulations. . (4) virdi is unfit to teach medical entrance physics, classes totally. (5) IIT, engineering entrance physics classes, is beyond his comprehension.He is a big zero, there in that field. (6) virdi has always been abusive to his department people. With me, he used to be extremely abusive always for almost 10-14 years non stop. Simply unmentionables that he used to use. (7) Even by CBSE, evaluation s he is a below average teacher by all standards. (8) Within physics Department of dps, RKp there are better and brighter teacher's. In short:: only his manipulation ability, ability to leek bosses, and personal( s. Chona) egos. J. S. virdis, ambitions are the basic hallmark of this man.He has no morals and no values of life. The best way out to treat this person, that ,this man is shown exit doors( route) immediately,from dps rkpuram school.That is the best bet and safest route at present if dps rkpuram,wants to change the brand of physics Department.

Dps society a habitual offender– so is it's chairperson/management, committee at large…. Dps mathura road matter: Deeksha Khera, hon'ble principal DPS, mathura road( now) is on illegal service extension. Madams D. O. B– is 02-10-1959.If one adds up 60,to her D. O. B, then by -2019 surely she should have retired. This extension is against rules. DOE, must not allow brazen/open violation of Dsear-73. This brazen violation had also happened in Sh. Manohar Lal ( previous principal s, DPS ,mrd) tenure as well. It seems DPS, society is above the law, of the land totally. They ,neither bother about GNCTD, DSEAR rules, nor, GOI, …rules or regulations:

Due to such brazen,illegal extensions, the Principal himself/ herself starts causing more indisciplined and illegal acts because he / she knows that nothing worse than termination of his/ her services can happen and for that he/ she is already prepared. So now, to extend the illegal extension further upto indefinite or upto as long extant possible, the Principal becomes a bigger puppet /bull dozer of management doing all sort of illegal acts, unreasonable administration to enjoy this illegal monarchy . To fetch longer extension Principal follows all sorts of mean and degraded acts to make management happy because now his/ her prime purpose is to make management happy and not the welfare of school or kids at all. This is a standard operating process and govt agencies seem to enjoy this unholy nexus. This is a win win situation fir all of them right left and centre.These things keep on happening repeatedly in DPS MATHURA ROAD and other dps society run schools. Since private branch of DOE, director ate of education keep blessing them all the time. I am sure education minister,gnctd,knows it all. All DPS,NEW DELHI school enjoy perpetual blessings endlessly. Ex principal,Manohar Lal( of dps mrd) is yet, another good example. In fact such illegal extension is the root cause of all kinds of rotten corruption – that ails dps society to the core. It is a,law of nature- corruption begets more corruption. Everyone who gets birth must get the death too! This kind of, illegal Extension ,is as ,if no body wants to retire. If no body retires then how will new generation get jobs.india isn't meant for oldies anymore. Things need to change swiftly now. Youngsters will obviously cause more crime to fetch money- if right or just, environment isn't created.
Simple, hard working teachers aren't given extension ,at all. Strictly at 60 they are forced to retire as per law. Where does law disappear when it comes to retirement of Principal or near and dear ones, it just vanishes in thin air?
